Air defenses prevent a drone in the vicinity of Hmeimim base in Lattakia countryside

The air defenses of a drone prevented it around the Hmeimim base in Lattakia countryside.

A Sana correspondent stated that a drone plane approached this evening towards the Hmeimim base, which had been dealt with by air defenses and managed to destroy it in the vicinity of the city of Jableh in Lattakia countryside.

The anti-air forces have thwarted over the past months scores of attempts by terrorist groups to attack the safe areas and villages of Lattakia countryside and the Hmeimim base by means of drones carrying bombs from the depth of their deployment in the countryside of Idlib and Lattakia.
