Faced with the onslaught of the epidemic, it is not time to blame those who govern us. National unity is the order of the day, if only out of respect for all the caregivers who are facing this unprecedented crisis with professionalism and abnegation that are shaking the whole country. We also dedicate this issue of Fig Mag to them, showing you as closely as possible how they commit to their own lives.
Failing to be able to help them in this ordeal - if not by following all the instructions given by the public authorities to the letter - we can still share their anger at the blatant lack of means available to them. As in a third world country, the most basic protective equipment is lacking.
