The date of the students' return to class could come later than expected, announced the Minister of Education Jean-Michel Blanquer on BFMTV.

It is currently very difficult to be able to predict the date of the return to school, warned the Minister of Education Jean-Michel Blanquer, during an intervention on BFMTV this Saturday early in the evening. "I would like it to be at the beginning of May, but it can be later," he warned.

After announcing on Friday that all Brevet and Baccalaureate exams would be replaced by continuous assessment, the Minister of Education also provided details on this subject. Faced with the "risk of heterogeneity of ratings from one establishment to another" , the national jury, composed of professors, "will have to restore the balance" , wished to reassure the Minister, taking into account in particular the attendance and the motivation of the pupils, according to the "annotations on the pupil's school book" .
