On the basis of this wonderful combination you can make sweet and wonderful Passover flavors such as rolled balls of coconut, sesame and cocoa. Dates balls, marzipan and cocoa
List of materials for about 15 balls:
10 dry dates, larger than the genus Mahal, without kernels
½ cup almond mixture and ground nuts
3 tablespoons cocoa powder flat, sifted
25 grams of soft butter (you can use coconut butter)
100 grams of crushed marzipan of quality crumbs
For coating:
1/4 cup coconut chips
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
¼ cup of sesame seeds
Preparation:
1. Chop the dates on the knife, and mash them a little while chopping.
2. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the remaining material until homogeneous pulp is obtained.
3. Make circles very easily.
4. On a dry pan and medium flame, fry the sesame seeds until golden, transfer to a small bowl and on the same pan fry the coconut and then transfer to another bowl.
5. Roll 1/3 of the cocoa balls, 1/3 of the sesame and 1/3 of the coconut
6. Keep in the fridge.
Apple cake, almonds and marzipan-fur
List of elongated template materials:
1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
½ cup of oil
½ cup pecan nuts or minced king
½ cup potato flour
1 apple peeled and cut into cubes
100g marzipan is crumbled into small pieces
3 tablespoons of dates
For decoration:
1 Cut an apple into thin slices
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs and sugar into a firm, light froth for about five minutes.
2. Add oil and mix gently.
3. In folding movements add the remaining ingredients and mix gently only until a uniform mixture is formed.
4. Transfer to a greased pan, arrange over the shingles of thin apple slices
5. Bake in medium heat, 180 degrees, for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake is obtained wrapped in moist crumbs
