Deputy Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education of Iran, Erige Haririji, announced that 16 Iranian provinces have recorded a downward trend in the field of emerging Coronavirus infections.
Haririji said in a statement today that the rate of coronavirus infection in 25 percent of the country's provinces ranges between zero and 10 people and in another 25 percent the infection rate is between 10 and 20 people, pointing to the decrease in the number of daily deaths resulting from the spread of the virus in Iran for the first time today to less than 100 people.
Harirji added that the continuation of this success depends on the cooperation of citizens in the field of implementing the smart social spacing project and avoiding unnecessary mobility.
The total number of Corona virus infected people in Iran reached 74,877 cases, 4683 people died, and 48,129 people recovered, according to Iranian Health Ministry spokesman Kianosh Jahanpur earlier today.
