All Likud and Blue negotiations negotiations are scheduled for Wednesday (in the initial phase) without Netanyahu and Gantz.
At the center of the matter is the legal issue of blue and white. According to sources, one of the arguments revolves around two appendices: the ways of the coalition work and the legislative annex. Since the talks between the parties have resumed in recent days, we have not discussed these issues in depth. Blue and white oppose changes in the legislative outline that are intended to actually make a detour by the High Court.

In blue and white, Gantz is seeking to anchor the premiership on legislation. But they would not agree that the Knesset would be automatically dispersed, for example, in the event that Netanyahu could not play the role of PM. White-blue officials said: "We will not agree to turn the government's basic legislation into a High Court bypass."
As we recall, on Monday evening, Gantz called on Netanyahu to exhaust the joint efforts of the two and convene for the establishment of the government. At the end of Gantz's speech, Netanyahu tweeted on Twitter that he was ready to meet Balfour "for tonight." He initially hesitated to come to the meeting because he wanted to return to the draft agreement that was ready last week and not enter into renewed negotiations, but chose to attend a meeting that ended in a positive spirit and the two agreed to meet with Likud and Blue and White negotiators on Tuesday morning.

Responsibility is permissible: Especially now - a unity government is the right thing
That morning session lasted 6 hours. This is a rather lengthy meeting that is troubling, but at the end of the holiday, the parties chose to issue the following joint message: "It was agreed that the teams will meet again at the end of the holiday with the aim of reaching agreement for the establishment of a national emergency government."
Recall that Gantz's mandate for the establishment of the government is expected to end at midnight today, after being extended two days by President Reuben (Ruby) Rivlin and with the support of the Likud in order to break into unity negotiations.
