And at 11:30 p.m., he comes down to stop the noise. Tone up. The neighbor allegedly took out a knife. And the policeman with his loaded service weapon shot the 35-year-old man. Fortunately, the projectile did not touch any vital organ. "The victim is fine," said a source familiar with the matter. The man had to leave the hospital shortly.

"This is a textbook case of self-defense," said his lawyer, his lawyer Laurent-Franck Liénard. "He is confronted by an individual who says to him: you have only to lower FDP ," indicates the lawyer.
