The Ministry of Interior has issued a circular to the police units on the mechanisms for implementing the decisions issued today by the government team on procedures to tackle the Coronavirus.

With regard to dividing the days of the week between the owners of professions and commercial shops, it is allowed to open hardware stores, tools for selling electrical appliances, and maintain them in household and other kinds of accessories every Sunday, and clothing and shoe stores of various types on Monday and Wednesday, from eight in the morning until three in the afternoon.
According to the circular, permitting on Tuesday and Thursday from eight in the morning until three in the afternoon to open the rest of the special events and shops for everything related to meeting the needs of the citizen "tailors and car wash and ironing clothes and libraries and sweets and sanitary devices and mobile devices and their supplies and flower shops and other things Upholstery, metal forging, grafting and engraving on it, bricks, tiles, wooden mosaics, shells, car spare parts, manual glass, brocade craft and damasko.
As for men's and women's barber shops, the circular indicated that it will be allowed to open all days of the week / from Sunday to Thursday / from eight in the morning until three in the afternoon, during which the barbers are obliged to wear protective clothing similar to the garment of hospital employees / throughout the daily work period, while obliging them to organize the presence of a number Specified from the customers inside the store / one customer and more according to the area of the store and its capacity / indicating at the same time to prevent stalls and occupying sidewalks under any name or characteristic.
The circular stressed the need to ensure the application of public safety and health procedures under penalty of closing any event not committed to wearing protective gear from masks and gloves and using appropriate sterilization tools and products as approved by the Ministry of Health and so on.
According to the circular, the work of the industrial cities and regions is organized so that the industrial cities continue their work as is currently the case. As for the industrial areas, the opening of the stores within them is organized after dividing the days of the week between all the adjacent shops. It is not allowed to open two adjacent shops on the same day, provided that this process is supervised By the conservatives.
The circular pointed out that all activities that were allowed to open are committed to open outside the times of the ban imposed and the number of workers at a minimum and take into account the requirements to maintain public health from cleanliness and sterilization and lack of gatherings and others, indicating that these procedures are implemented in coordination with the governors and local administration units and the concerned authorities and unit leaders Those concerned with good implementation.
