The coronavirus crisis does not prevent the tax administration from carrying out its income tax declaration campaign. Confinement requires, however, it decided to give taxpayers a little more time to declare the income collected in 2019. The campaign, which begins on Monday when it was supposed to start on April 9, is extended by several weeks: the paper declarants have 1 month more, and can send their declaration by post until June 12, instead of May 14. Taxpayers making their declaration online have another fifteen days: the closing period is scheduled between June 4 and 11, depending on the departments.
