A varied wine menu and free shipments all over the country • Get to know Auto Wine, the new venture that will bring you wine to the door • “Want to promote a young, cool and colorful wine culture in Israel”

An intriguing new venture called "Auto Wine" will begin its operations in the north of the country tomorrow (Monday). This is, as the name implies, a car traveling across the country offering a high quality, detailed wine menu for all things, and after more than a month in solitary confinement, there are quite a few, rely on us.

This is a project that was originally built for festivals and events, but you know, the Corona, to make lemon from lemonade and other messy clichés. Behind the venture are two pairs of friends with family ties. Yaeli Kenan and her partner Eliran Hafetz, and Alona Govrin and her partner Shai Levy, Eliran's cousin.

"With the outbreak of the epidemic, like everyone else, we are reinventing ourselves too," Keenan says. "Our work today focuses on a bi-weekly wine menu with carefully selected wines - and shipped anywhere in the country. It is important for us to promote a young, cool and colorful wine culture in Israel, alongside professionalism and quality, no matter where, when and how. Our main goal is to serve wines at events. And festivals, being a mobile wine bar that specializes in quality wines from the country and from the world and making the wine world accessible to anyone who just wants to access it. "

"Our love for wine started when I worked at an Israeli boutique winery and I was introduced to the deep philosophical world of wine," Keenan says. "As a result of our infatuation with the field, my partner and I traveled around the world, in part because of the wine - in the Balkans, Western Europe and Africa, and are now studying the Israeli palate. Having a home in the past brings her experience. "

As mentioned, the project will start tomorrow on sale and distribution in the Upper Galilee region, coming Tuesday to Tel Aviv (Holocaust Day) and later this week will also reach the Hefer Valley, Haifa, Pardes Hanna, Nahariya and Be'er Sheva. You can follow the menu and schedule of arriving in the localities on the venture's Facebook page.
