The Ministry of Local Administration and Environment announced the resumption of real estate services in part and gradually with the General Directorate of Real Estate Departments, directorates, departments, and real estate courts affiliated to it from tomorrow tomorrow.
The ministry indicated in a decision that Sana received a copy of today, that the directorates of real estate departments and the courts affiliated to it will carry out mail and administrative correspondence, implement reservation decisions for the benefit of public authorities, check previously documented contracts, write and cut the registered title deeds and end the technical costs that are still in progress.
The Ministry indicated that in the directorates and departments where there is not more than one real estate documentation office, the real estate areas belonging to this office are distributed throughout the week in a balanced manner, taking into account the volume of work in each region to perform the services of the real estate areas specified in the distribution.
As for the directorates and departments that have more than one real estate documentation office, the work is distributed among them, indicating that with regard to ownership data, work is distributed in the alphabetical divisions on the basis of alphabets throughout the week, while real estate judges in real estate courts are always in real estate judicial assemblies alternating between them and prepares them The alternate judge is the original judge in administrative work and giving data. In the event that the real estate judge has its own headquarters, he performs his administrative tasks and gives real estate restrictions, including declaratory cases, within three days a week.
The Ministry indicated that the provincial directorates and departments will provide their services in accordance with the provisions of this resolution, calling for the announcement of shift schedules and the schedule of work for each directorate or department in several places and publishing them on the website of the directorate and the provisional record.
The General Directorate of Real Estate Departments in Damascus announced on the nineteenth of last March the suspension of work in it and in all directorates of real estate interests in the governorates, the real estate judiciary and the departments affiliated with it as of 22-3-2020 to ensure the implementation of precautionary measures to address the emerging Corona virus.
