The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor issued a decision extending the decision to allow the insured to join the previous service in the government to the period of service calculated in the pension, raise the percentage, and refund the one-time compensation.

He can also request the settlement of the old-age pension account for the period prior to his participation in old age, disability and death insurance, provided that the insured pays the General Organization for Social Insurance a sum of money calculated according to His monthly wage is added to a 6% interest if the worker requests to install the amount.

With regard to reimbursement of compensation, the decision permitted the insured to return to the Corporation the compensation of the one-time compensation stipulated in Articles 57 and 58 of the Social Insurance Law No. 92 of 1959 and its amendments for a service period covered by insurance, as well as the end-of-service gratuity for the period prior to his participation in social insurance, if any. Provided that the insured pays 21% of the start-up fee for all insurance funds for the previous period.
