Breaking with the reserve tradition generally observed by presidents, Donald Trump and his predecessor, Barack Obama, had acrimonious exchanges by the media. After Obama called the Trump administration's management of the epidemic "an utter chaotic disaster ," Trump responded by referring to a " deep state " plot in a series of tweets.Aimed at undermining his presidency, in which Obama would have participated. The former American president, usually very discreet, had made this remark during a telephone interview with his former collaborators, revealed last Friday by the Yahoo! News. Obama also commented on the announcement that the US court would drop former general Michael Flynn as a " threat to the rule of law ."
