The Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court on Tuesday ordered release of restrictive conditions for hospitalization for the purpose of psychiatric examination for the desecration of the soldier's grave Amit Ben Yigal in her military cemetery in Be'er Ya'akov.

Due to this fact, the release of the release was delayed until four o'clock on Tuesday for the possibility of appealing the release under conditions in the Central District Court. The court banned her identity. The suspect herself, through her attorney, expressed remorse.

At the hearing, police requested to extend her arrest for three days for further investigation. The defense attorney argued that the acts were committed without criminal intent and that it was a woman who had been traumatized years ago due to involvement in a terrorist attack in which she was rescued and lost a family member in the past year. According to defense counsel, attorney Gal Wolf of the public defense attorney "is a woman who has been dealing with post-trauma for years following a clear attack to anyone who had no intention of hurting the soldier's memory or desecrating his grave."

The court granted such a request to send for a psychiatric examination on condition of limiting release. Police demanded the arrest be released and remain in custody. As a result, Dirham ordered execution delay to file the appeal. According to the defense, "the court accepted our position and ordered her release. We are participating in the grief of the family dealing with the severe loss."

Recall that the suspect was located and arrested on Monday after several days of interrogation by the Special Investigation Team of the Shefalah Police and Ramla Police. This was after a turnaround earlier this week as security camera footage of a construction site adjacent to her home was spotted with a suspected suspect digging in the grave. The woman was located, arrested and questioned. In part, she reasoned her actions at a religious ceremony in which she believes. We note that about a year ago a similar suspicion was investigated in another cemetery.
