On Wednesday, the coalition will approve the Knesset plenum in advance reading the Norwegian bill that will allow ministers and deputy ministers to resign from the Knesset and allow those who follow them to enter the list.

The need for the law became imperative because 12 of the 15 MKs of blue and white were ministers to the government, so there were only 3 MKs representing the faction in the Knesset. The law is estimated to cost about NIS 1.5 million per MK.

Yesterday, after a heated debate, the regulating committee approved the coalition's request to expedite the legislation - with the granting of a "discount duty" exemption. Therefore, it will not be necessary to wait 45 days as required for a private bill. In addition, a bill will be approved today to allow anyone who enters the Knesset with Norwegian law to notify the Knesset Speaker within 24 hours in writing to which faction he wishes to belong. The proposal comes in place of the "skipping Norwegian law", which the High Court judges have criticized.

The Israeli Democracy Institute welcomed the promotion of Norwegian law. In an opinion written by Dr. Chen Friedberg, she stated that "without the law, there will not be enough MKs to carry out parliamentary work in the legislative field, not least in the area of supervision." According to her, "Norwegian law will strengthen the Knesset, which has a small number of its members relative to the world's parliaments. Ministers in the 35th government will also serve as MKs - fewer than 80 MKs will be available for parliamentary work - a ridiculously low number.

Under Norwegian law, the next five candidates on the blue-and-white list will enter the 23rd Knesset. The first on the list is the executives of Blades who will join the future. By contrast, the four subsequent candidates will most likely be joined by white and blue. These are the Kotler-Wish tank, Einav Kabela, fame Friedman and Hila Shay and Zan.

Two Likud ministers will resign, replacing Ariel Kellner and Osnat Mark. The Shas will resign three ministers and / or deputy ministers, and in their place will be joined by Uriel Boso, Baruch Gazai and Yossi Taib.
