From the environment of the President they assured that the initiative of the deputy Fernanda Vallejos "was not studied in the Government" and they delimited it to the block of the Front of All in Congress. Minister Moroni had winked in his favor.

At least for now, the Government will not give impetus to the project of the economist and deputy of the Frente de Todos, Fernanda Vallejos; which proposes that the State keep a stake in the companies it attends due to the pandemic. This was confirmed to Clarín by senior sources from Casa Rosada, who explained that this is an initiative, "like so many others" , suggested by legislators from the ruling coalition.

From the presidential environment they indicated that the Vallejos proposal is not sponsored by the Casa Rosada and that Alberto Fernández did not discuss the issue with Vallejos or with any member of the Kirchnerist bloc.

"We did not see the project nor was it studied by the Executive, " they agreed with the head of the Cabinet, Santiago Cafiero.

At the same time, government sources argued that the pronouncement of the Minister of Labor, Claudio Moroni; Fernández's close friend, on Radio Con Vos, did not imply endorsement of the initiative. "Moroni did not say that he supported it. He said it was an interesting approach, a way to get out of trouble," they explained. And they remarked that in his speech the official warned that he saw "operational problems" in applying a rule of these characteristics.

The Executive's strategy is not to disqualify the project of a ruling official, since even, they admit, it may have the support of other legislators. But at the same time make it clear that this does not imply that it is part of the battery of projects that Fernández wants to approve.

In this line they also frame the statements of the Minister of Education, Nicolás Trotta; another pure albertista, who in FM La Patriada considered that the " State must have participation in the productive sector" and that "a State is needed that does not drown the private sector but that promotes it, including being a partner of the benefits, not from profit but from private reinvestment ".

Nearby they explained that the minister did not specifically refer to the Vallejos project, but " tried to make a broader reflection on the role of productive development." "In no way is it saying that the State has to keep the companies that received the ATP (NdeR: Program for Assistance to Work and Production)," they affirmed. In fact, they remarked, Trotta also stated that "there is no need to promote an unnecessary conflict policy."

Indeed, from the Vallejos environment they assured that "there is still no news". "There are conversations with different sectors, businessmen, unions, politicians and non-governmental organizations to explain the idea, but they are incipient," they acknowledged.

But this Wednesday night, Vallejos gave further details of his initiative. He indicated that "it would not be for all the aids that are contemplated in the ATP, but exclusively for the big economic groups" and rejected the questions when maintaining that "there is an enormous ideological prejudice".

"I have heard expropriation, confiscation, control, keeping the companies, the capitalization of the companies have nothing to do with it," he defended himself,

In a dialogue with Loose Animals (America), the deputy admitted that she "did not" discuss the project with Cristina Kirchner but that she did hold talks with other legislators from the Front of All bloc, including Máximo Kirchner. "With him we chat very assiduously about everything and he is a person who is extremely open to different ideas and who encourages us to study and make proposals, not only on this topic," he stressed.

It all started days ago, when Vallejos proposed via Twitter that the State have "equity participation" in the companies it assists with subsidies during the pandemic.

"If the State decides to subsidize large groups, it would be reasonable, as the most developed economies have done before and are doing now, to do so not as a gift to these companies, but in exchange for a participation in the capital of the companies, "he said.
