The murder of the late Maya Vishinak in Ramat Gan:  Police have completed the investigation into the murder of the young Maya Vishniak in Ramat Gan, and today (Sunday) a prosecutor's statement was filed against the murder suspect, 21-year-old Amit Almog, after three weeks of investigation As stated, a strenuous and complex police case has been filed with the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, a prosecutor's statement against the suspect for intentional murder of the late Maya Vishniak in Ramat Gan.

According to the prosecutor's statement, on 16 May 20, in the evening, a report was received at the Israel Police hotline 100 about the murder of a 21-year-old woman in a Ramat Gan apartment. Medical officials who arrived at the scene determined her death and police launched an investigation. The suspect in the act, the victim's partner, was arrested near the incident. Among the shocking details revealed in the police investigation: The suspect made a selfie photo alongside the body, and sent it to his good friend.

The investigation was carried out by a special investigative team in the Dan area, accompanied by the Tel Aviv District Attorney and the arrest of the suspect in the act was extended from time to time. Police will today ask to extend his arrest again.

The defense attorney, Orit Hayon, asked the police to keep Coral's record from the detention center as she claimed during the first night of his arrest that included dancing, singing and speaking with various entities and it was important that the cameras that documented him during that night be kept in order to know what his behavior was next to Judge Alaa Masarwa, who, as stated, extended Elmog's arrest, wrote in his decision that there was a warrant for danger and disruption.

Last Sunday, Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court Judge Anat Yahav ordered to extend his detention for another eight days. The defense attorney, Attorney Orit Hayon, asked at the beginning of the hearing to present her to the District Psychiatrist's opinion, which the state held and the fact that the police hold the opinion is illegal and only the court can look at it. The plaintiff refused, saying it would be a disruption of investigative proceedings or against the defense attorney giving him the opinion of the private psychiatrist who had examined him on behalf of the defense.

Judge Yahav, who extended Elmog's arrest last week, wrote in her decision: "The cause of danger and disruption are high intensity, the picture from the investigative materials submitted to the court is becoming clearer at the very least on physical execution. I did not take a blood test, but as requested by the blood test, I order a blood test to be suspected "

Storm in court

Last week, the family of the late Maya Vishniak's family arrived in Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court to demonstrate attendance at the extension of the murder suspect's arrest. Last week, family members arrived in court wearing shirts with the caption: "I Maya" on the front and back Of the shirt appeared the call "Ask. Please share. Embrace. ”The family members who came to the courtroom could not enter the courtroom with the shirts they had come to court with.

In court last week there was a storm. Prior to the hearing on extending the arrest of the suspect in the murder, his friends who were present in the courtroom provoked provocation, probably because of the photographers who attended the courtroom. The judge decided to remove one of his friends from the courtroom, and that the latter refused, he was kicked out by the police in attendance.
