The branch of the Syrian Establishment for Trade in Homs Governorate has started offering table eggs in its halls at reduced prices from the local market.
In a statement to Lana, the director of the Foundation’s branch, Imad Nadour, indicated that, in the context of positive intervention in the markets, the Foundation’s branch started today to receive eggs directly from farmers and sell them to consumers at a price of 2,200 pounds for a weight of 1800 grams and 1900 pounds for a weight of 1700 grams.

He also clarified that the foundation’s branch put up potatoes of the first type “Sponta” at a price of 240 liras per kilogram, and it would soon start drawing the potatoes from farmers to store them and put them on the market later.
