The Syrian Virtual University announced today the opening of registration for the academic doctoral program in the fields of administration and informatics, during Monday and Wednesday in the main center of the university in Damascus.
The university announcement that Sana received a copy of included the conditions for registration, namely that the applicant must have a degree in management or informatics with a good grade of at least from one of the universities, research centers, or higher institutes in Syria, or any degree prepared by the Council of Scientific Affairs equivalent to it and that he has A master’s degree “higher studies” in management or informatics with a very good grade, at least from one of the universities or higher institutes in Syria, or any academic degree prepared by the Council of Scientific Affairs equivalent to it.
The university indicated that the applicant must pass the university’s English language test or equivalent global standardized test scores, provided that no more than two years have passed since the student acquired the standard test document.
It is also a condition that the applicant pass the university's mental skills test and that he has published at least one research in the English language in one of the bi-arbitration scientific magazines or conferences or has obtained the approval of the magazine or conference on publishing "whether publishing during or after the master's stage" So that it has not been more than two years since the date of obtaining approval to publish the research in addition to submitting a proposal for an acceptable title and goal.
The university indicated that registration is continuing during the months of June and July, provided that students submit their research forms before the date of the 30th of July as a maximum, indicating that the presentation of identity papers is in person, within the main center of the university in Damascus, where students pay the initial registration fees for submitting applications and entrance exams.
The university pointed out that the research plans submitted will be presented to the scientific committee and a comparison will be made between advanced students according to several scientific criteria.
