The shop in question is called "Fresh Fish Department of Wanfang Meat Food Company" and is located on the ground floor of 86 Ruihe Street, Kwun Tong (rear part).

A FEHD spokesman pointed out that the shop operator was convicted twice by the court in October and November 2018 for illegally expanding the business scope, with a total fine of $2,000. According to the illegal scoring system, the Department also recorded 30 points for licensees, so the store must be suspended for 14 days.
