The smallest unit with a saleable area of only 185 square feet is expected to be the second newest development in the region. Second only to the "Dragon Bed Pan" with 128 square feet. In another project, one of the 16 units is located on the ground floor.
Emperor. Golden Bay is located at No. 8 Qingshan Bay Section of Castle Peak Road. It belongs to the first phase of the "Emperor" project. According to the building brochure, there are two residential buildings in this phase, namely the 3rd and 5th residential buildings. There are 20 floors, providing a total of 611 units, ranging from open-plan, 1-bedroom to 2-bedroom, the smallest unit size is 185 square feet, and the largest is 1267 square feet with terrace.
The smallest unit of reference is located in the 15th floor of Block 3, which is a typical "nano" open-plan design with a garden of 137 square feet. Due to the uneven terrain of the project, the lowest floor of Block 3 belongs to the "basement level", that is, one floor above the ground, involving 16 units. The rest of the standard floors in the same building are designed with one ladder for 23 units and 3 elevators; while there are 13 units for each of the 5 standard floors. The key date of the project is expected to be the end of April 2022, and the uncompleted period is about two years.
