Today, the Ministry of Education has mandated professional and educational mentors to expedite filling vacancies from teachers and teachers and assign appointees to the agents and contracts competitions in coordination with the concerned departments, complex supervisors and school principals.
In a circular to its directorates, the Ministry called on SANA, a copy of which was received by the specialist and educational mentors, to reduce dependence on taxpayers and agents from outside the owners by completing the shares of all teachers and teachers from within the owners, especially in the event of a surplus, and supervising the attendance of pupils and students and educational and administrative frameworks in schools and taking all administrative measures And the legal right to negligence and supervision over the proper implementation of the study plan and commitment to the scheduled distribution of items and compensation for educational losses and submit periodic reports on them to the Directorate of Education.
The Ministry emphasized that professional and educational mentors should personally supervise the physical environment in the schools that they supervise and the schools they visit, follow-up on the proper implementation of the health protocol in them and address the problems, if any, in coordination with the supervisors of the complexes and heads of departments, and inform the education directors in cases that need this and on their personal responsibility.
The Ministry assigned the educational counselor to implement "4 model lessons" per week as part of his supervisory duties in the schools he supervised, in order to raise the educational performance of teachers, provided that he maintains a documented completion file for these lessons to be included in the performance evaluation.
This procedure, according to the Ministry, comes from activating the role of educational mentors and specialists in supervising the educational field, developing educational and administrative solutions and following up on their implementation in view of the current circumstances, especially in light of the spread of the Corona virus and the need to strictly apply the provisions of the health protocol.
