A wounding case occurred in North Point.

At about 8 pm yesterday (6th), two teenagers aged 15 and 17 were playing basketball at the Tin Chiu Street Playground in North Point. They reportedly quarreled with two other youths due to physical collision.

The other party even claimed to be a member of the "Xin Yi'an" triad, and called the other two young men to the scene. The four attacked the two victims with belts, sashimi knives and telescopic sticks, and fled without a trace.

The two victims suffered injuries to their head, hands, feet and chest respectively. They were injured and took a taxi to Caifu Village in Ngau Tau Kok. They called the police for help and were sent to United Hospital by ambulances. Fortunately, they were still awake at the time.

The police classified the case as "wounding" and "professing to be a member of a triad". The Anti-triad Squad of the Eastern District Police District is pursuing the four young people aged 15-20.
