Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko renewed their determination to continue strengthening bilateral relations between their countries.
A Kremlin statement reported by Sputnik said that “the Russian president confirmed today, during a telephone conversation with the President of Belarus, the determination to continue strengthening the relations of the Russian-Belarusian alliance,” adding that they indicated cooperation in combating the spread of the new Corona virus and indicated the great importance of the agreement on supplying the Russian vaccine against Corona To Belarus.
According to the statement, the two presidents discussed a number of practical aspects of cooperation in the commercial and economic fields. They also discussed the issue of settling the dispute in the Nagorno Karabakh region, which is disputed between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
