While Donald Trump and Joe Biden are still neck and neck in this election, Twitter on Wednesday warned its users against the potentially "misleading" tweet of the outgoing president.
A post in which the resident of the White House accused his Democratic rivals of trying to "steal" the presidential election, the outcome still uncertain.
We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the Election.

"Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and likely to be misleading about how to participate in an election or other civic process," the social network wrote on the president's tweet, shortly after his publication.
"We are ahead and far away, but they are trying to steal the election"
On the Republican billionaire's Twitter page, the message is no longer immediately visible.

Why the suspense will last
Several messages from the president relating to early voting have already been reported by Twitter on the grounds that they were relaying "misleading" information.
Facebook, for its part, clarified on Wednesday that if victory claims remained banned nationally, it would not delete messages claiming victory in a particular state.
