Joe Biden held a press conference in his Wilmington stronghold on Tuesday. He said he was "eager" to speak to Donald Trump, who still refuses to recognize the presidential victory of his Democratic rival.


President-elect Joe Biden spoke on Tuesday, November 10 at a press briefing held in his stronghold of Wilmington (Delaware) after meeting with six world leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron.
