Two city police officers were injured when they tried to stop two motorcycle jets that had assaulted a motorist in Palermo.
One of the robbers
ran
over one of the officers and the other
hit
him
with his helmet.
They are prisoners.
The 20 and 23-year-old detainees have a criminal record from last year: one for
theft
under the roving mode and the other for simple sexual abuse.

It happened this Thursday morning at the intersection of
Lacroze and Cabildo
avenues
, in the Palermo neighborhood, and was recorded by a security camera.
The two policemen were
treated for the beatings
by SAME doctors, and later referred to a clinic in the area.
According to sources, it all began when police officers from the 13 C Neighborhood Police Station who were conducting controls in the area heard the
crash
of a car
window
and observed that two motorcycles were leaving next to that car.

Faced with this, the police officers immediately arrested
the motorcycle
jets, but they tried to
escape
, one of them on board the motorcycle and the other, running.
It was during this escape attempt that the criminal on a motorcycle ran over an older officer who, along with two other policemen, tried to stop his escape, and was finally arrested a few meters away.
Meanwhile, the accomplice who tried to run away hit the policeman with his helmet, who ended up arresting him.
The 23-year-old criminal who has a history of a roving-type robbery.
The two criminals were at the disposal of the Criminal and Correctional Court No. 46 of Buenos Aires, in charge of Judge Jorge de Santo.
Both are accused of "attempted robbery under the motorcycle jet mode, attack and resistance to authority and injuries."
