The covid-19 pandemic reduced the intention of Hondurans and Guatemalans to emigrate, said Manuel Orozco, director of the Center for Migration and Economic Stabilization at Creative Associates International.
The specialist added that the inhabitants of these Central American countries are anxious about the deterioration of the political, economic and social situation in their nations.
