Last Friday, police from the traffic police of the city of Moriata in the state of California in the United States, arrested a driver who committed a traffic offense on the road.

It turned out that the driver was a courier from a pizza company who was on his way to deliver some deliveries to some hungry customers.

However, it became clear to the police that the driver was a time offender wanted to be prosecuted for additional crimes he committed.

In light of this, the officers decided to handle the case in a particularly original way: one of them, Officer Datil, took the driver into custody, while his friend, Officer Makarathi took the trays and drove to distribute them to the destinations to which the arrested messenger was supposed to arrive.

Local police posted a picture of the pizza distribution on their social media, writing "Catalog it under the things that may surprise you."

In the photo attached to the post, Officer McCarthy is seen arriving at the home of one of the customers who ordered a tray.

The post further states that "one person's crime should not harm other people, so Officer McCarthy took the shipments and drove them to their destination. Unlike regular pizza couriers who get a tip, Officer McCarthy did not get any tip, but he said 'See the The smile and gratitude of the customer who was very hungry, was for me a bigger thing than any tip.
