Donald Trump's term as US president ends this month

In the US state of Georgia, the race between US President Donald Trump and his challenger Joe Biden was close: Biden won the state by just 11,779 votes.
According to the Washington Post, Trump put the state election officer under pressure during a phone call.

Georgia Election Commissioner Brad Raffensperger is also the State Secretary of State, making him one of the highest offices in Georgia.
Raffensperger is not only a Republican like Trump, but was one of his earliest supporters.
Raffensperger made sure that the election in the US state was clean and fair and did not allow itself to be impressed by allegations of fraud.
In the phone call, Raffensperger and his lawyer deny Trump's allegations, according to the Washington Post, and explain that he is based on refuted conspiracy theories.
Trump, in turn, threatens Raffensperger: “You know what you did and you don't report it.

Trump also made it public via Twitter that the two spoke on the phone on Saturday.
He wrote that he had spoken to Raffensperger about election fraud in Georgia.
