Biden Refuses to Comment on Impeachment, Saying It's Up to Congress to Decide

House Democrats plan to press impeachment charges against President Trump as early as Monday, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.
That could set up a House vote early to mid-next week.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, has not explicitly said when this will be done.
This would be the second time the House has filed impeachment charges against President Trump.
In December 2019, the House charged Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
