President-elect Joe Biden has said that his first priority is to try to get the United States accepted back into the Paris Climate Agreement.
Biden also promised to turn the issue of climate change into an opportunity for the business and industrial sector of the United States and also as an issue to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged communities.
