1,000 corona vaccines were transferred this morning (Wednesday) from the Palestinian Authority to the Gaza Strip, after receiving approval from the political echelon in Israel.
The "Sputnik 5" vaccines, donated by Russia, were transferred from the PA's Bethany crossing to the Erez crossing, at the request of the Palestinian Authority.
Yussef al-Hassaniya, a member of the Islamic Jihad's political bureau, said yesterday that "preventing Israel from entering the corona vaccines into the Gaza Strip is a war crime that cannot be silenced."
The terrorist organization Hamas also condemned the delay in shipping.
