The Housing Association converted the vacant units in Zhenshanmei Village into transitional housing, allowing families of 3 to 5 people who have been waiting for public housing for 3 years or more to apply for admission.

The Housing Association stated that the "Temporary Rental Housing" of Zhen Shan Mei Village only accepts applications from families of 3 to 5 people. The public housing application waiting for the Housing Authority has been registered for three years or more (that is, the registration date is March 11, 2018 or prior to).
The internal floor area of the unit is about 25 to 43 square meters, and the monthly rent ranges from 1,500 yuan to 2,400 yuan.
