In Chile, possible violence is being investigated inside a residence of the National Service for Minors (SENAME) in Santiago. The investigation is due to some cries for help and cries that were heard from the juvenile center that were recorded and went viral on the internet. Without giving further details, SENAME indicated in a statement that they originated from a "serious family situation that affected one of the children." CNN has contacted SENAME for more information, but has not yet received a response. We also tried to contact a local neighbor who told the state broadcaster, Televisión Nacional de Chile or TVN, that she had sent a video of the events. Cristopher Ulloa accompanies us with the latest from Santiago.
