The director of Hama Health, Dr. Jihad Abura, confirmed that Coronavirus infections have increased significantly in the governorate for several days, indicating that all preparations have been taken in the isolation departments of public hospitals to treat the infected.
In a statement to SANA, Aboura pointed out that all workers in the isolation departments of the governorate's hospitals were vaccinated with the Corona vaccine during the past week, stressing the need for citizens to adhere to individual protection methods, especially wearing the muzzle, spatial separation and avoiding shaking hands and crowded places.
Director of the General Authority of Hama National Hospital, Dr. Salim Khallouf, explained that the isolation department in the hospital receives Corona patients who have been diagnosed with laboratory diagnosis and provides them with appropriate treatment according to the protocol approved by the Ministry of Health, stressing that the recovery rate is high.
Through his daily work, chest disease specialist Dr.Basil Al-Daher pointed out that the number of visitors to private clinics with suspected symptoms is increasing, indicating that the current period is mainly witnessing an increase in acute respiratory diseases as a result of low temperatures, indicating that laxity in adopting preventive measures contributed to the return of Corona injuries significantly .
