France will experience high pressure conditions and spring temperatures on Sunday, according to the Weather Channel and Météo France.
North of the Loire, the weather will be variable in the morning, alternating cloudy passages and beautiful clearings, evolving in the afternoon towards a brighter sky but the veil of altitude clouds will sometimes be dense and will limit the sunshine.
On the Mediterranean rim, more particularly in the interior of Provence, clouds will sometimes invade the coasts, carried by a small sea wind.
But the weather will remain calm and dry.
The Azores high pressure will spread throughout France.
It will reject the disturbances towards the British Isles, with a simply hazy sky over the neighboring regions of the English Channel where the wind will blow noticeably.
This anticyclone will be accompanied by a mass of mild air aloft, allowing temperatures to rise in the afternoon, after a very cool morning.
The minimum temperatures will be down with some frosts in places, with -2 to +3 degrees in the Grand-Est region in the Pays de Loire, Massif Central and Rhône-Alpes, 1 to 6 degrees elsewhere, 6 to 10 near the Mediterranean.
On the other hand, the maximums will start to rise again, reaching 14 to 19 degrees in the northern half, 16 to 21 degrees in the south, up to 21 to 24 degrees in the southwest.
