A dispute escalated in Groebenzell on Friday evening.
A 45-year-old hit a 51-year-old in the head with his fist.
Then he took out a baton.
Because of an argument the day before, there was another argument between the two men on Friday evening around 7 p.m.
This escalated to such an extent that the 45-year-old from Munich attacked the 51-year-old Gröbenzeller with his fist - against the head.
The perpetrator then wanted to flee. But the 51-year-old and another Groebenzeller (50) held him until the police arrived. The 45-year-old resisted and hit the 50-year-old with a telescopic baton. The two victims suffered minor injuries. The perpetrator is now being investigated for bodily harm, dangerous bodily harm and violation of the gun law.
