Heidelberg - The Baden-Württemberg Interior Minister Thomas Strobl has condemned the riots in Heidelberg.
On Tuesday he said that the city would work together to ensure that order was restored and that the Neckarwiese would remain a place of peaceful and safe encounters for everyone.
"We won't let a few chicks take that away from us," said Strobl.
The interior minister announced an increased police presence on the Neckarwiese.
