For six months, it was compulsory to wear a mask at train stations, in downtown Freising and in other defined zones.
It is now clear when this obligation will fall.
Mask requirement and alcohol ban in certain public places in the Freising district are lifted.
The Landratsamt Freising decided on the basis of the currently low 7-day incidence and agreed with the government of Upper Bavaria.
The District Office has issued a general order for repeal, which will come into force on Friday, May 28th.
In other words: From this day onwards, a mask no longer has to be worn in these zones for the first time in around six months.
The reason for this is the stable low incidence in the Freising district.

In the inner city area of Freising, at the train stations in Freising, Moosburg, Neufahrn and Eching as well as in some other places, such as in the Freising city center, mouth and nose protection had to be worn up to now, and alcohol was also prohibited.
