“Today is a victory .. and a better early one” is the title of gathering Syrians from different neighborhoods of Damascus in the Ghassani area to celebrate Dr. Bashar al-Assad’s victory as President of the Syrian Arab Republic and the achievement of the constitutional entitlement.
The celebration included an artistic concert by the Lebanese singer Moein Sharif, in which the young artist Haitham El Desouki participated, and a scouting presentation by the Sanabel Al Mahaba band.
Molham Haddad and his wife Eman expressed to SANA their joy at the election results, which confirm the people's confidence in its president and its adherence to his choice in all circumstances, hoping that it will be a new start for Syria of peace, stability and prosperity.

With his leadership that protected and preserved Syria despite the war and the eighty siege, Mikhail Fadoul arrived at the gathering despite the difficulty of his movement, so that people could share their joy in the victory achieved by Syria over the enemies of the homeland, as he put it.
Syrians, women, children, and the elderly, went out to live joyfully because of the terrorist war and blockade, according to Nibal Youssef, who said that the elections and the assemblies that accompanied them give hope for a better future.
Jean El-Khoury affirmed that the completion of the presidential elections and these celebrations is a message to the world that we are a living and steadfast people, expressing his joy at the victory of Dr. Al-Assad who protected the earth and led the country in the most difficult circumstances and restored safety to its territories.
Vera Yammine, a member of the Political Bureau of the Lebanese Marada Movement who attended the celebration, said: The Syrian people have elected their dignity, freedom and decision, and have elected for their children martyrs for Jerusalem ... indicating that the Syrians have sent a message to the world that they are the owners of a decision that they do not give up at any time and do not compromise on it. To respect the decision of this people.
In a statement to SANA, the Lebanese artist Moein Sharif congratulated the Syrian people on this victory and the constitutional achievement, saluting the Syrian army, which recorded victories over terrorism and paved the way for today's victory.
