(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, MAY 30 - Ikram Ijaz, cousin of Saman Abbas, the Reggio girl of Pakistani origin who disappeared after opposing the arranged marriage, was arrested yesterday in Nimes, by the French police, after he had been identified and he had been issued a European arrest warrant.
He was stopped while, on board a bus, he was trying to reach France. The extradition procedures will start tomorrow, but the Reggio investigators do not rule out a transfer to France to hear him immediately.
