The case of a girl who once lived in an institution suspected of being raped by her mother and boyfriend several times is renewed in the High Court today (16th).
Female victim X confessed through the video system. She recalled the first rape incident and said that that day she went to her grandmother's house alone with her mother and boyfriend, but her mother and boyfriend suddenly pulled her into the house and raped her.
X tried to clamp her legs to prevent the other party from taking off her underwear, but to no avail.
X, who had no sexual experience beforehand, had bloodshot eyes in her underwear afterwards. She was worried that her mother would not believe her, so she did not tell her mother.
The 42-year-old defendant reported as a warehouse clerk.
He was charged with five rapes of X from 2018 to April 28, 2019. X was about 18 years old at the time of the crime.

The 20-year-old female victim X gave a testimony through the video system. She confessed that she had to move to an institution because she was "trolling" when she was young, but she moved home with her mother, sisters, and her boyfriend when she was 16 years old (I.e. the defendant) live together.
X said that she did not like the defendant because her mother never mentioned him, and when she came home late because of overtime, the defendant would also scold her.
She believed that the defendant was making trouble unreasonably, and also that the defendant felt that she was "trolling when she returned."
X said that because her grandmother would grow vegetables at home, her mother would ask her to "sweep vegetables" at her grandmother's house from time to time.
Once she and the defendant went to the grandmother’s house to pick up vegetables, the defendant suddenly pulled her into the room, took off her shirt and pants, and stripped her naked, although she tried to clamp her legs to prevent the defendant from taking off her underwear, but to no avail. He then raped her and threatened to beat her if she revealed the incident during the defendant.
The girl was suspected of being raped by her mother’s boyfriend and the defendant took the victim and said: If you want to kill me

X believes that her mother is more confident in the defendant and therefore did not inform that she was sexually assaulted by the defendant
After being raped, she found bloodshot in her underwear, and she had no sexual experience before this time.
She did not inform her mother of the incident afterwards because she was worried that her mother would not believe her, and she was afraid that the defendant would beat and scold her.
The last rape incident occurred one week before X's report. On the same day, X went to the grandmother's house with the defendant and the youngest sister to "snap dishes," but the defendant repeated the old tricks and pulled her into the room to rape.
She pointed out that the defendant was her mother's boyfriend at the time, and thought that her mother would "tell me more," so she did not tell her.
