At about 5 pm today (10th), the police received a report from a hiker stating that a woman was found to be suspected of being drowned in Tsing Da Shijian, Tuen Mun.

Rescuers arrived at the scene and found that the woman, who was about 30 years old, was unconscious. She was rushed to Eastern Hospital by a government flying service helicopter, but was later certified dead.

The police now classify the case as a drowning investigation.
