The regional and international political and media circles are awaiting the upcoming swearing-in of President Bashar al-Assad, based on his important timing, which comes after a stage in which the Syrian state, with all its components, recorded victories at the strategic level internally and externally.
These victories were first manifested in the continuation of the battle to confront terrorism, restoring most of the lands that were subject to externally supported terrorist groups, invigorating life in the liberated areas and launching the wheel of life in them, even if it was at a minimum, in addition to preserving the basic national constants and consolidating sovereignty and Syrian Arab identity, and consequently on the economic level. The terrorist siege represented by Caesar’s Law, the occupation of the sources of oil wealth and the looting of strategic agricultural crops, the Syrian state missed the opportunity for those who were stalking it and prevented the collapse of its economy and its lira thanks to laws and legislation that fortified it to a large extent and limited the malicious goals pursued by the countries of the aggression regime.
On the external level, Syria has strengthened its alliances and extended bridges of trust with the friendly countries that stood by it in the face of terrorism and siege, exposed and thwarted the plans of aggression, affirmed the inevitability of its victory, and proved that it is a state of institutions that performs its national duty towards its citizens, fulfills its constitutional entitlements and implements its tasks and duties in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and applicable laws.
These facts make the upcoming oath’s speech an integrated plan of action at all levels to consolidate the field victory with an economic victory that breaks the siege and raises the standard of living of the citizens who rally around their leadership that brought them to safety after a decade of war and they are imbued with hope to find effective solutions to the problems they suffer and which impose the creation of a work environment Its basis is abundant production, investing the available capabilities to the maximum degree, working to correct errors, activating oversight, and assuming the responsibilities entrusted to the implementing agencies of laws and legislation.
The oath's speech with all its contents will carry messages of affirmation of Syria's national constants, which it did not abandon during the time of war. It will also enhance hope of the Syrians' ability to rise and rebuild under the banner of the victorious leader, President Bashar al-Assad.
