This is a very strange way of presenting the results of a sociological study: in the spring, 4 × 3 posters appeared in the streets of Bangui, capital of the Central African Republic.
On one of them, a slogan accompanies a portrait of Maksim Shugaley, with a serious face, with his short hair and his slightly receding hairline, and presented as the sociologist behind the investigation: "
