Tishreen team won the Tishreen Football Tournament Cup for the second year in a row by defeating Al-Fatwa 1-0 in the final match that brought them together this evening at Al-Basel Stadium in Lattakia.
The only goal of the match was scored by Kamel Kawaya in the 46th minute of the match.
Kouaya was crowned the tournament's top scorer by lottery, after being tied with Al-Fatwa player Mohamed Zeno with three goals each.
Tishreen qualified for the final match after his victory in the semi-finals against the leader of the first group, Hattin, with three clean goals, and in the first round against the Syrian youth team, with two goals to one, and the police, with three goals without a response, and a draw with Afrin with one goal for the same.
Tishreen was crowned the October Cup last year by beating Al Karama with two goals without a response.
