The staff of the German embassy in Kabul (Afghanistan) is to be reduced to a minimum.
Foreign Minister Maas announced this.
Denzlingen / Kabul - As a consequence of the advance of the radical Islamist Taliban in Afghanistan, the federal government has decided to reduce the staff of the German embassy in Kabul to the "absolute minimum".
Foreign Minister Heiko Maas (SPD) said on Friday in Denzlingen, Baden-Württemberg.
