The subway maintenance worker put the soup that had been missed in the entrance into a public sugar bowl in a tea restaurant, and argued with the diners. He died after being in a coma for 3 months. The inquest in the coroner's court continues today.

The hospital doctor said that after the repairman was sent to the hospital, he had arachnoid hemorrhage, and he was later found to have a hemangioma. The forensic doctor said that the cause of death was arachnoid hemorrhage caused by the rupture of the hemangioma and then died of complications. This was the second case. Hemangiomas are more likely to rupture during a dispute, and rupture caused by external forces is not the greatest chance.

The deceased Huang Wenquan (58 years old) was sent to hospital in a coma in a tea restaurant on October 10, 2015, and was hospitalized until his death on January 16, 2016.

The diners Liang Baotian who had disputed with the deceased was also represented by a lawyer and was listed as a party of interest.

EEG shows spider membrane hemorrhage

Accident and emergency department doctor Zeng Haojia said that Huang was in a coma when he was sent to the hospital. The hospital found that his eyebrows were slightly torn, and his EEG showed that he had hemorrhage of spider membranes. Huang also had no medical history related to brain problems. Brain surgeon Shen Jun said It is pointed out that Huang was in a coma while in hospital, the hospital found that he had a hemangioma, and he later developed multiple complications and finally passed away on January 16, 2016.

Hemangioma has a chance to burst in a dispute

Forensic doctor Fu Jiacong pointed out that Huang's cause of death was arachnoid hemorrhage caused by the rupture of a hemangioma, and then died of complications.

Fu explained that hemangioma can be caused by trauma or natural causes, but it is difficult to distinguish the cause. Although external force may cause the hemangioma to rupture, if the situation in this case is caused by external force, bruises should appear on the chin or neck; the hemangioma may also be ruptured. There is a chance that blood pressure rises due to disputes.

Fu believes that in this incident, the hemangioma is more likely to rupture during the dispute.

Expert Ma Xuanli also believes that Huang's hemangioma may be caused by increased blood pressure or spontaneous rupture, rather than trauma, and that his death was due to natural diseases.
