Today, the Brazilian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 41,714 new infections with the Corona virus and 1,064 deaths due to Covid 19 during the past 24 hours.
According to the ministry's data, the total number of HIV infections in Brazil has reached 20,457,897 since the outbreak of the pandemic, while the official number of deaths has risen to 571,662.
Brazil currently ranks third in the world in the number of coronavirus infections after the United States and India, and ranks second in the world after the United States in the number of deaths.
